One Owner - Purchased by my Father for my Mother at the Bucherer- Rolex Store in Lucern Switzerland in 1983. Ladies Rolex Oyster 69173 - 26MM Two Tone Stainless Steel and Solid 18 K Gold Datejust. All Original Factory Diamond Dial. Solid 18K Yellow Gold Rolex Signature Fluted Bezel, 2 tone SS & 18K Jubilee bracelet. This watch comes as complete set - with the Original Boxes (Outer and Inner). Original Papers (Serial # ends with G), Rolex Tag, Extra Links, User Manual Booklet. The back of the watch has been lightly engraved "Alice S". This watch is in excellent pre owned-condition, I'm not sure if it has ever been polished. The Rolex Crown logo on the clasp, and on the gold winding crown appear crisp, and well defined. Unfortunately the original Rolex presentation box is not in perfect condition (par for the course) - there is a dent, or bowing in the front of the box, and some minor degradation of the interior lining. At least it is there! The watch has spent the past 10-15 years in a safe- since my mom could no longer read the watch, she switched to larger-fashion watches, and smart watches. While the watch might be due for a service, it is COSC certified, and running strong like a Rolex should. It started running just from me handing it for the pictures. It has not been time tested for accuracy or pressure tested. My Mom lived an active lifestyle and this watch has been there and done that! This watch might look small and dainty- but it has traveled the world, helped my Mom build houses for Habitat, been white water rafting, even scuba-diving with sharks.
