Fully functional 1946 Rolex Oyster Ref 4499 S/N 492175 I am selling this for my grandson. It does not come with box or papers. He had the watch authenticated at Orrs Jewelers in Pittsburgh PA when he originally purchased it. The 19mm alligator band is not original. The watch has the name “I.M. SWEATMAN” engraved on the back. There is a scratch on the front that could be buffed out (see photo). Numbers have a nice looking patina to them. Manual winding. Any questions, please ask. No Returns the watch without the stem measures 1 1/4" in diameter, the face measures 1 1/16". this is with a regular ruler.
