Hello, thank you for looking. This Keytar is fully functional and in excellent cosmetic shape. It is more expensive than some other ones because it is the best available based on other items listed. When you open this up, it is the 1980s. All the functions work well. The speaker inside is crisp and does not rattle. It works with batteries or with the adapter. It has a new MIDI cable, it is 5 feet in length. Cosmetically, it is in excellent shape. The casing is not broken, the colors are bright and vibrant. This is a rare bird in the sense that it has the strap, the case, instructions, adapter, and the MIDI cable. There is a small crack in the plastic covering of the case, that is shown. If the box matters to you, it is decent, but not perfect. It comes with one of the Styrofoam pieces that would hold the end of the unit in the box. It displays decently. Please zoom in on the pictures, they’re some of the best descriptions. What you see is exactly what you are getting so please make sure this suits your needs and tastes. This will ship well packaged and insured. Packing things appropriately to arrive intact is mentioned over and over in my feedback.
